On 1st June, 09 fast track court (FTC) I, Varanasi gave order in the case of Kaju alias Kariya and accepted on the date of incidence 26/8/2001 Kaju was juvenile. So, this context will not comprehend in this court but the investigation should be done by the juvenile board under the provision given in Juvenile Justice Act.
