Dear Sir, 

I want to bring in your kind attention towards the information recieved from SICHREM, a human rights organization based in Bangalore. Mathews Philip, Executive Director SICHREM and Member NGOs Core Committee of NHRC along with Human Rights Defenders were peacefully protesting in front of french consulate against the Pascal Mazurier, a deputy head of Chancery in French Consulate, Bangalore who is allegedly sexually abused his daughter were arrested by the high ground police. http://indiatoday.intoday.in/story/bangalore-french-diplomat-child-sexual-abuse/1/200885.html  

Therefore it is a kind request please take immediate action for their release, provide security and  ensure the rights of Human Rights Defenders.
