It has also been informed that a pension of Rs.3000/- per month has also been granted to the dependent of the deceased from the date of incident. Since appropriate monetary relief under SC/ST Atrocity Act and a pension of Rs.3000/- per month from the date of incident have been given to the next of kin of the deceased, no further action is required in the matter.
