Two times camplain case no. 7430/24/39/2010/OC/M-3, 4420/24/72/2010/UC/M-2 was filed in National Human Rights Commission and the commission forwarded case to State Human Rights Commission, Uttar Pradesh. The explanation submitted by the Director General of Police, Uttar Pradesh in the first petiton and still it is under the consideration of SHRC. No action taken by the commission in the non -recipant of explanantion in the second case.
