1.Post: Advisor (Communication & Advocacy) -01 Part time
Location: Delhi
Honorarium: 25,500
Qualification: Post Graduate degree in social/political sciences or an equivalent work Minimum of 5 years of communication & Advocacy experience
Job responsibility:
Identifying research and advocacy areas in TOV,
Designing research studies,
Knowledge, dissemination and assimilation data analysis,
Preparing reports on the study findings,
Networking & collaborating with the stake Holders and developing resource center.
Coordinating with Human Rights Institutions and the legislators.
2.Post: Data -entry operator -01
Location: Varanasi
Honorarium: 8000
Qualification: Graduate and 5 year experience

3.Post: Model block coordinator -05
Location: Varanasi, Sonbhadra, Ambedkar Nager & Nainital

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline and one three years experience in the field of torture.
Job responsibilities:
Oversee the implementation in accordance with objectives, activities and targets outlined within the proposals.
Responsible for timely submission of all project implementation reports to relevant staff in the context of leader of model block.

Qualification: Graduation in any discipline
Job responsibilities: Assistant to the finance and Administration department.
5.Post: Psycho-social community worker -05

Job responsibility: To provide psycho-social support to survivors of TOV in model block under model block co-coordinator
