PVCHR sent 16 testimonies taken during the TOT workshop on Testimonial Therapy in Manipur with the local co-ordiantion of Wide Angle with support from Rehabilitation and Research Centre for Torture Victim (RCT) to Hon'b President of India, Hon'b Chief Justice of Gauhati High Court and Chief Secretary, Manipur.
